BUSINESS Account Executive (AE) (Surabaya, Bandung & Jakarta) Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders (books, newspaper, magazines, promotional materials and packaging) Requirements:
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or marketing for packaging / printing company is an advantage.
  • Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience
  • Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking
Marketing Officer (MO) (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities:
  • Find new customer prospect
  • Get new customer from list of prospect
  • Handling Complain and Claim
  • Maintain and improvement customer relationship
  • Create marketing program to increase the revenue from new customer
Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree in marketing/business
  • Experience to do market research and competent in marketing and advertising.
  • Good in communication skill, conceptual & analytical thinking.
Research & Product Development Officer (RPD) Responsible to conduct reserach and analyze potential market, design and develop new product (printing/packaging), business activities and expansion market. Requirements:
  • Good conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similiar position (preferable in the same industry)
  • Bachelor or Graduate Degree in any discipline (Economical Business and Industrial Engineering is preferred).
--------------------------- OPERATION Job Coordinator (JCO) Responsible to handling order/jobs and to coordinate order/jobs as well as represent client’s needs (quality, quantity and on time delivery). Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
  • Relevant experience in manufacture is an advantage.
  • Good conceptual, analytical thinking, quality oriented, can work under pressure and good in communication skill.
Production Planning and Control Officer (PPC) Responsible to analyze, schedule and coordinate jobs as well as represent client’s needs. Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
  • Relevant experience in manufacture is an advantage.
  • Well understanding of ISO 9001: 2008, six sigma, 5R and Balance Score Card.
  • Good conceptual and analytical thinking, quality oriented and can work under pressure.
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills.
Post Press Superintendent (PPS) Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years experience as a Post Press Superintendent in Printing/Packaging manufacturing (Hardcover, Packaging, Post Press Machine).
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good in conceptual and analytical thinking, good communication skill, can work under pressure and target oriented.
--------------------------- RESOURCE Recruitment Officer (RO) Responsible to handling recruitment process (hiring, selection, interviewing, and monitoring new employees). Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Psychology
  • Min. 1 years experience in same position
  • Min. 1 year experience in conducting psychological test and familiar with psychological tools.
  • Can work under pressure, willing to travel, target oriented, good in conceptual and analytical thinking, good communication skill.
  • Strong organizational and leadership background.
Organization Development & Talent Management Officer (ODTMO) Responsible to analyse, develop and coordinate talent management programs. Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management
  • Min. 1 years experience in HR and performance Management.
  • Target oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking.
  • Familiar to conduct assessment for talent management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership background.
Programmer (PROG) (Jakarta Raya) Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in IT discipline
  • Experience using Ms SQL
  • Having good skill in power builder is advantaged
  • Experience in same position is an advantage
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral & written
  • Good analytical thinking, good personality, high integrity, team work, and independent.
Procurement/Inventory Officer (PIO) Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience as procurement/inventory officer (in manufacturing company is an advantage).
  • Ability in supplier/vendor selection and evaluation (include supplier performance monitoring).
  • Ability to analyze inventory level and good knowledge in supply change management.
