• Executive secretary diploma or minimum Bachelor Degree in with major English from reputable university
• Has an 2-3 years experience as a personal assistant will be highly regarded
• Financial services industry based knowledge and/or experience/ familiarity with bank products, systems and processes would be desirable
• Experience in being part of a customer focused team
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Qualifications in MS office software applications (words, excel and powerpoint)
• High integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
• Proficient in written and spoken English
